The candidates to win FIFA world cup

fifa world cup 2018 ball

What are the five great candidates to win the Russia 2018 World Cup?

When it is not long for the big event, a review of the countries that are best outlined

Every time less is needed and the details are those that end up confirming the candidacy of a country for a World Cup. If a team loses two or three figures before the competition due to injuries, they would suffer too much and would probably be out of the favorites. If a trainer distributes the training loads in the wrong way, too. If a team does not tolerate the pressure, it would surely be in the way.

When there is very little left for the Russia 2018 World Cup, there are already selections that are emerging as great candidates. They show it for different reasons: present, game style, individualities, projection. Here, a review of the five countries that are projected as favorites for the big event

                                                                    FRANCE

With the appearance of so many good young players, it is fair to say that Didier Deschamps' team is not yet a trained team. Precisely that is the great virtue of France towards the World Cup (it occupies the first place in Group A of the European qualifiers). It has so much projection that it remains to know the limit. Thomas Lemar (21 years old), Mbappe (18), Kingsley Coman (21) and Ousmane Démbelé (21), among others, show a young potential that no other country counts. It remains to know if this group of players will be able to explode in a few months or their turn will only arrive in 2022

In these times, France is a very competitive team that could fight hand to hand to anyone, with some class A players (Antoine Griezmann and Pogba in the first step, Giroud, Kanté and Umtiti, a little below). In the future, if you adapt the pieces well, you could become an unbeatable Selection.

                                                                ARGENTINA

It seems crazy - almost a provocation - to place the Argentine National Team in this select list, but, at a distance, it is necessary to separate what seemed an emergency with a reality. The team of Jorge Sampaoli qualified with the World Cup. It was a bad team that showed almost nothing. But he has Messi, of course
Sampaoli has the idea - for now, far from specifying it - to give all possible options to 10 of Barcelona. Company in the attack, weight options, a solid defense behind. It seems difficult to anticipate the version with which the Albiceleste will arrive in Russia. The only obvious thing is that you can not leave out candidates for a team that has so many good players (Messi at the head, Aguero, Higuain, Di Maria and several more).
                                                      BRASIL

Tite grabbed the boat just before it began to sink. In June 2016, he took over a team that seemed doomed to decay. Not only did it revive it: it made it one of the best in the world. The former Corinthians coach closed his eyes and applied his plan: freedom to Neymar, a midfield of much game and dynamic and a defense with more experience and hierarchy than anything else.

Brazil took out the South American Qualifiers as if they were easy, while the rest of their competitors (Uruguay, Colombia, Argentina, Chile), cry blood for a place in Russia. It will be necessary to determine how Ligue 1 affects Neymar. Today, the PSG forward is probably the most unbalancing player in the world. When it grabs the ball, it generates different things. From that starting point until June 2018 (two years), Brazil will repeat the team to the point of exhaustion and arrive in Russia like a little machine that knows everything it has to do. The perfect combination.

                                                                  GERMANY

There is no Selection of the world that goes through such a long, regular and prosperous process as Germany. Joachimm Löw will fulfill his third World Cup in front of the team (in 2010 he finished in third place, in 2014 he left champion), which he knows perfectly. The coach, who started playing for the national team as assistant to Klinsmann in 2004, has such a great situation that he even has a plan for what will come after Russia, with players like Draxler, Kimmich or Wagner.

Germany, in the first place of Group C of the European qualifiers, plays too naturally. Probably has the best backbone in the world (Neuer, Hummels, Kroos and Müller), as well as a series of companions of a superlative level (Ozil, Reus, Khedira or Mario Gómez)

                                                                       SPAIN

Neither the potential of France, nor the individuality of Messi, nor the Brazilian system, nor the German machine could be up to Spain if the Lopetegui team offers what they showed, for example, in the qualifiers against Italy. , a true football party. Basically, the team that emerged champion in 2010 was added young talent, such as Koke, Isco and Asensio, so the 'veterans' who remain now breathe before a group of players who understand the game in the same way.

A very high goalkeeper, probably the best defense in the world (Carvajal, Ramos, Piqué and Jordi Alba), a midfield full of football (Iniesta, Busquets and Koke) and a free front to play (Asensio O Costa, Isco and David Silva ). For the players and the level with which they could arrive, it is the Selection that could achieve the most flight. Yes: today, Spain is the number 1 candidate to win the World Cup.

best outdoors exercise

Which is better: exercising outdoors or in the game?

All you have to know to decide on one or the other

At this time of year, you're sure to debate between going to the gym and going out to kick the     outdoors. We understand you It can be as complicated as choosing between a hot coffee and an ice     cream. Do you want to make things easier? Take a look at the advantages and disadvantages of exercising in one place or another, and make the most of your workouts

IN THE GAME

Benefit: Greater intensity. No distractions from the environment that can be annoying, such as weather (wind, cold, rain ...). You can focus more and better on your routine, which allows you to maintain the level of intensity.

Benefit: Better results. With increasing intensity, physiological changes are better, such as greater fat loss and a stronger cardiovascular system.

Disadvantage: Running in the gym is not exactly a great stimulus. I mean, it's very boring, so you have to look for distractions like a series on the phone or music or look at the ass to the guy who is on the elliptical in front of you.

OUTDOOR

Benefits: Reduces stress. There are studies that show that people have less anxiety after exercising on the street. Green spaces are inherently relaxing, and make your (restless) mind calm down.

Benefit: You become addicted. Because that feeling of calm hooks.

Disadvantage: Ugh ... the rain (not to mention the cold, the wind ...). You will have to prepare for all those inclemencies that will appear unexpectedly.

Uruguay 1950

The World Cup played in Brazil, in 1950, left one of the most memorable memories in the history of the World Cups. Uruguay would achieve its second award by beating Canarinha (2-1) in the final played at the Maracana stadium. The so-called 'Maracanazo' is still remembered by all football fans.

                                                WORLD CUP 1966 - ENGLAND

England would become another of the countries capable of becoming world champion playing at home. The Three Lions would defeat Germany in an exciting final (4-2) in an imposing stage like Wembley.

                                                 WORLD CUP 1970 - MEXICO

In the year 1970, in the World Cup played in Mexico, Brazil would again be the champion, adding three world titles in the last four events. In the final, held at the Azteca stadium, Canarinha went over Italy with a 4-1 without palliatives. The Brazil of the 70 'will always be considered one of the best teams in history.

                                                      WORLD CUP 1974 - GERMANY

Germany would host the 1974 World Cup and see how their national team would become world champion for the second time in their history by beating Johan Cruyff's Netherlands 2-1 in a match played at the Munich Olympic.

                                                     WORLD CUP 1978 - ARGENTINA

Johan Cruyff Netherlands Germany 1974

Argentina would follow the steps of Germany four years later, first becoming the world champion at home, and second again leaving the Netherlands with honey on the lips in the final (3-1). The Monumental dressed in Albiceleste.

                                                     WORLD CUP 1982 - SPAINS

Spain, in 1982, would see how Italy would be proclaimed world champion for the third time in its history. The Nazionale would win 3-1 to Germany in a final that was played in Madrid, at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium.

Diego Maradona Argentina World Cup

Mexico lived the World Cup of Diego Armando Maradona, and obviously his Argentina, which would be world champion after prevailing in a great final to Germany (3-2). The '10' did not score in the final, but his tournament was simply sensational, especially his match against England, which left one of the best goals in history.

                                                   WORLD CUP 2006 - GERMANY

Germany would host four years later a World Cup that would be marked by two facts: the victory of Italy and the international withdrawal of Zinedine Zidane, who would be expelled in the final after giving a header to Marco Materazzi. Top ranking player of FIFA

who are the best of FIFA ranking

Lionel Messi, the Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo and the Brazilian Neymar will be the main stars of the annual FIFA gala on Monday, a lavish ceremony to be held in London, where they will present the best.

Lionel Messi, the Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo and the Brazilian Neymar will be on Monday the main stars of 'The Best', the annual gala of the FIFA, lavish ceremony to be held at the world famous London Palladium theater, in London, which will feature the presence of Diego Armando Maradona.
Undoubtedly, Messi and Ronaldo, who shared during the last decade how much football distinction was at stake, once again leave as the top favorites to stay with the second edition of the award, with Neymar relegated to a second step.

The Portuguese, who seeks to achieve a historic record, won the first edition of 'The Best' and, for its great prominence in the titles won last season with Real Madrid, takes a small advantage in the consideration of the analysts of the vote, which closed in mid-September last.
CR7 goes for his seventh distinction as the best soccer player in the world, since he won four times the Golden Ball, a The Best award and another "FIFA World Player".
The Portuguese had a monstrous performance in the Champions League, where Madrid won the twelfth 'Orejona', in a year without World Cup, European Championship or Copa America, scoring five goals to Bayern Münich in the quarter-final key, a 'hat -trick 'to Atlético de Madrid in the semifinals and a double to Juventus in the great finale

In addition to the Champions, he conquered the Spanish League being the top scorer of the 'merengue' team and was key in Portugal's direct qualification to the 2018 World Cup.
This new season did not start in the best way for the Portuguese, where he had a long scoring drought and had to face a penalty of five games after pushing a referee in the final of the Spanish Super Cup against Barcelona.
Messi, the only footballer who achieved five Gold Balls in a row, in addition to a FIFA World Player, has more than enough arguments to fight for the award.

Note that the 'Pulga' monopolized the prizes between 2010 and 2015, its best time with the shirt of Barcelona and the national team, time in which FIFA and France Football joined to deliver a single prize, which is clear that if I had followed the award separately I would have more trophies.
The rosarino was the top scorer of the Spanish League with 37 goals in 34 games, allowing Barcelona to fight for the title until the last game, but the only title he won was the Copa del Rey and in the Champions League he was eliminated in the quarterfinals of final for Juventus.

Messi was the savior of Argentina in the South American tie, where he got an agonizing qualification to Russia, but his spectacular hat-trick against Ecuador, for the 3 to 1 victory in Quito, was after the close of voting.

Finally, Naymer appears, which has as rivals the two world stars that dominated football in the last decade and are also the top figures of Barcelona and Real Madrid, two of the biggest clubs on the planet.

The Brazilian had a whole season in the shadow of Messi, although he had moments in which he managed to shine and be decisive, but his desire to feel recognized led him to move to Paris Saint Germain, in the most expensive pass in history (222 million of euros).

In the voting for the second edition of "The Best" participated the coaches and captains of the national teams (50 percent of the total votes), a panel of journalists (25 percent) and registered fans on the website of the FIFA (25 percent).

At the gala, FIFA will also present the award for Best Coach, whose candidates are French Zinedine Zidane, who led Real Madrid to win the Champions League twice in a row, and Italians Antonio Conte, Premier League champion with Chelsea, and Massimiliano Allegri, who brought Juventus to a new "Scudetto" and the final of the Champions League.

Five sports to practice outdoors

sports and outdoor

The arrival of spring and good weather usually encourages our desire to play sports and lead a more active life. However, locking ourselves in the gym is not usually the most attractive idea. Not only because the days are longer and the weather accompanies spending more time on the street, but also because doing outdoor sports can make us save that money every month.

But can I do the same physical exercise outdoors? Can we carry out full workouts without the gym machines? The answer to both questions is affirmative. Not only can we obtain the same results as in the gym, but the fact of training outdoors has benefits for our cardiorespiratory system (as long as we stay away from the areas with the most contamination) and, especially, for our mood.

If this spring you want to enjoy your surroundings at the time of doing sports and, besides, you want to save some money regardless of the gym fee, here we propose a series of sports that you can practice outdoors. Come out and enjoy!

Running
The classics never fail and running is one of them. We've talked a million times about the many benefits of outdoor jogging. Parks, green areas and rural areas are the perfect scenario for practicing sports, which not only improves the cardiovascular system but is one of the most complete activities when it comes to toning our figure, as well as being one of the most calories that helps us to burn . But going for a run has a plus that other activities do not have and that is a great liberator of stress and anxiety. When running, our body releases endorphins, known as hormones of happiness.

Jogging, walking ...
The effect on our state of mind when going out to walk or, to be more technical, to practice jogging, are very similar to those of going out for a run. It is true that it does not burn as many calories as running or has so much effect when it comes to losing weight, but walking half an hour a day has multiple benefits for our health, especially in relation to the heart and cardiovascular system. Also, if you are not a regular to practice a lot of sport, walking every day can be a great start, since with running we can suffer injuries or damage our joints if the body is not prepared for high intensity sports.

Skating and other sports on wheels
Skate lovers and other versions of this urban sport have seen a proliferation of sports enthusiasts on wheels. Cities and parks are increasingly adapted to practice this type of activities, with ramps and circuits for skate lovers. But in addition, another trend in outdoor sports is traditional skating, with four-wheel or line skates, which is also taking popularity in recent times. One of the advantages of this sport is that it has a plus of fun that most do not have, and that it can be practiced in groups and even in family with small children.

team sports
Are you more of practicing team sport? Quiet, the environment also has an activity for you. In fact, not one, but dozens, very diverse and for all tastes. Sports clubs and municipal sports centers are increasingly incorporating more activities of this type aimed at adults. Tennis, paddle tennis, badminton or volleyball are some of the most requested. Of course, the classics are still a great bet: football, basketball or athletics would also enter this group. The best? With all of them you can enjoy fresh air.

Yoga, pilates and other activities to exercise body and soul
The phenomenon of yoga, pilates or meditation continues to increase. The level of life that we lead makes us need to take our time to relax with specific techniques and give ourselves that moment of the day for ourselves. However, doing it in a gym room, with artificial light and surrounded by gadgets is not always the most relaxing. Why not take advantage of the green areas, the sound of a fountain with the water falling or the birds singing to make the most of those techniques that help us to free ourselves? The best thing is that you are not the only one who has thought about it and every time there are more groups of people who, through social networks, make stops to practice this type of sports.

Complete trainings
Finally, there are those who will miss the type of training that takes place in the gym thanks to the machines and all the furniture prepared for it. Well, we have to say that this can also be done outdoors. Sit-ups, strides, sit-ups, push-ups or push-ups are some of the most complete exercises to work on the abdomen, buttocks, legs or arms and, of course, can be practiced in parks and specific areas. In fact, there are already many parks that incorporate specific wood and metal elements to carry out these activities. If you do not find one near your house, a bench, a lawn and an area where you can run can be enough to train. Test it!
